WHEREAS, Sam Gaines Construction, Inc., has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the Stadium Blvd. Right Turn Lane at Edgewood, and Sidewalk at Target Drive project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The bid of Sam Gaines Construction, Inc., is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Sam Gaines Construction, Inc., for the Stadium Blvd. Right Turn Lane at Edgewood, and Sidewalk at Target Drive project. Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
