Public notice is hereby given that the Village of
McCall, in the county of Boise ,and state of Idaho, intends to
Josue and negotiate the municipal coupon bonds of said village
in the aggregate amount of sight Thous and Dollars (0 8 ,0CD) ,
for the purpose of acquiring a watorworka plant and a water
supply therefor. Said bonds will be issued in conformity
with the provisions of the Ordinance No. ,of said
village adopted and approved the of day of ,
A. D. 1916, and subject to the approval of the qualified
electors of said village voting upon the question at an election
to be held in conformity with said ordinance. If the issue
of said bonds is approved by the electors as aforesaid, said
bonds will bear date the let day of October, A. D. 1916, will
be redeemable at the option of the village at any time after
the 1st day of October, A. D. 1926, and shall be absolutely
due and payable on the 1st day of October, A. D. 1936. Said
bonds will be issued in denomination of BOO. Both principal
and interest thereof shall be payable at the office of the
Village Treasurer, or at the Banking House of 4ountze Brothers.
New York City, at the option of the holder. Said bonds

SECTION 7. In case the issuance of said bonds 1
for the purpose of acquiring a waterworks plant and a water
supply for the Village of McCall shall be approved by said
electors, than by virtue of and in pursuance of chapter 12
of title 13 of the Revised Codes of Idaho and the amendments
thereto, there shall be issued the municipal coupon bonds of
the Village of McCall to the amount of #8,000 to provide for
the conetruction of a municipal waterworks plant and supplying
the same with water for the purpose of furnishing water to
such village and the inhabitants thereof for all purposes;
{
that said bonds shall be dated Ootober 1st, A. D. 1916, shall
be redeemable at the option of the village at any time after
October let, A. D. 1926, and shall he absolutely due and
payable October let, 1936. They shall consist of sixteen
(16) bonds, in the dnnmiination of 4600 each, numbered from
one (1) to sixteen (16) , both ivalusive. f Both principal and
interest thereof shall be payable at the office of the Village
Treasurer or at the Banking House of lcountee Brothers, New
York City, at the option of the holder. whey shall bear
interest at the rate of six (6) per eentum per annum, payable
semi-annually on the let day of January and the let day of
July in each year, and said interest shall be represented by
forty (40) coupons attached to each bond, each coupon
representing a half yearly payment of interest on the bond to
which it is attached, except the first and last coupons which
together uhall represent one year 's interest. Said bonds
shall be signed by the chairman of the board of trustees ,
attested by the village clerk and counters igned by the village
treasurer, and the coupons thereto attached shall bear the
original or engraved signature of the village treasurer.

Hundred Dollars ( BUD) in lawful money of the Uni;:ed States
of Amerioa on the let day of October, A. I . 1966, with
irkterout trio:oon at the rate of six (6) per aentum per annum,
payable somi-annually on the last day of January end the let
day of July in a aau year upon presentation and surrender
of the annexed coupons as they severally become due, both
principal and intereut payable at the offioe of the village
treasurer or at the Banking House of : ountse Brothers, in the
city and state of new 1'ox% at thce option of the holder.
The said village reserves the ri. -ht, however, to pay
this band at any time after the 1st day of October, :1. D. 1916.
This bond ik issued for the purpose of acquiring a
waterworks plant for said village and a water supply therefor,
by virtue of and in full conformity and oonpliariae with the
constitution of the state of Idaho, the provisiono of Chapter
12 of title 13 of the Revised Codes of the state of Idaho, and
all amendments thereto and also by authority of a vote of the
qualified electors who were taxpayer of sail village at an
election legally called and duly hold in said village prior to
the ieivarioe of this bond, at which election more than two-
thirds of all the legal votes east on the question were in
favor of the 16 1't, anoe of this bond,
It is hereby certified that all acts and things re-
. wired to be clone and oonditioxiu and, things required to exist
precedent to and in the issuance of thin bond to render the
same legal uid valid have been done and did exist in due time,
form and manner as required by law, and that the total debt
of this villa:o, including that of this bond does not exceed
the constitutional or any statutory limitation of the state of
Idaho.

SECTION 9. In erne the issnanoe of said bonds shall
be approved by said cleotors, then the interest due January
let, 1917, and July let, 1917, ohall be paid from the
general fund of said village and for the purpose of reimbursibm
said general fund for the cmo ant of interest so taken from it,
and for the purpose of providing funds to pay the interest
after July 1st, 1917, and to constitute and maintain a
sinking fund to discharge the principal thereof at maturity,
there shall be levied. on all of the taxable property in the
village in addition to all other taxes, the following direct

tax, to-wit:
In the year 1917 a tax sufficient to prodth.oe the
sum of 840 for intermit;
In the years 1918 to 1925 a tax sufficient to
pro duoe the sun of 480 for interest;
In the years 1926 to 1934, both inc1nu&vo, a tax
suf.lioiont to produce the sum of 41280, being $480 for interest
and $800 for principal;
In the year 1935, a tax cuff iolont to produce the
sum of g400,, being DD for interest and. E300 for principal,
And said tax when co11eoted shall by the treasurer
of said village be kept in a separate fund to be designated:

"Municipal Waterworks bonds, dated eePober 1st, 1916,
interact and sinking' fund", Which shall be irrevocably pledged
to and used so1al s for the payment of the interest on and .
principal of said bonds hereby authorized when due, so long as
any of said bonds or the interest ooupona thereto appertaining

shall remain outstanding and unpaid, and shall be used for no
other purpose whatever until the indebtedness so contracted
under this ordinance, principal and interest shall have been
fully paid, satisfied and discharged.

SECTION 10. It shall be the duty of the board of
tutees of said village, and they are hereby required annually
at the time and in the illan er provided by law, for the levying
of other village taxes,to ratify and carry out the provisions
hereof with reference to the levying of taxes and requiring
the offioere of and for said village to levy, extend and ool-
leot such taxoe in the manner provided by law, for the purpose
of creating a fund for the payment of the interest upon and
the principal of said bonds; and the said tuxes, when so
collected, shall be kept for and applied only to the payment
of said interest and principal of said bonds as hervinbefore
specified, but nothing herein contained shall be so oanetrued
as to prevent said village from applying an:7 other funds that
may be in the village tretisu:-y '-;id available for that purpose
to the payment of said interest or Al.ncipa1 as the same
respv of ively mature, and tho levy or levies no r-a in provided
for may thereupon to that extent be diminished, and upon the

provided for, the payment of interest may to the extent of
the interest of the bonds so paid be diminished.
