AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property in
the custody of the Finance Department described below, is surplus property, and as such
represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance, and that the property is no
longer needed for any public purpose.
One (1) Cues 2001 Chevrolet 3500 High cube CCTV Vehicle with dually rear
wheels. VIN 1GBJG31R11113160; Mileage 18,896; Generator Hours 2,655
One (1) OZZ II Camera supplied with truck
One (1) Ultra Shorty 21" Transporter purchased in 2005
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the property
as a trade -in for the purchase of a new Closed Circuit Televising Vehicle (CCTV), sealed
bid or auction.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and and approval.
