ORDINANCE NO 41.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT WITH ORDINANCE NO. 40, "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
THE RAISING OF REVENUE BY A LICENSE TAX UPON CERTAIN OCCUPATIONS
AND BUSINESSES, PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION THEREOF,
PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF APPLICATION AND LICENSE, DEFINING THE
DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE CLERK AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY FOR THE II
VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. "
Be It Ordained, By the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
the Village of McCall, Idaho,

Section 1. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict with the provisions of Ordinance No. 40, "An Ordinance ME
providing for the raising of revenue by a license tax upon certain
occupations and businesses, providing for the levy and collection

thereof, prescribing the form of application and license , defining
the duties of the Village Clerk and prescribinga penaltyfor the

violation of this Ordinance, " be , and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
