AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN Or' THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
SAID VILLAGE TO MAKE, EXECUTE AND DELIVER A DEED TO THAT -
PORTION OF FIR STREET SO VACATED.
BE IT ORDAINL'D BY i'H.E CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF McCALL , IDAHO.

Section 1. That all of that portion of kir Street
in the Village of McCall, lying west of McCall Avenue and
east of the alley running through Blocks 3 , 4, 5, and 6
in McCalls First Addition to the Village of McCall, be
and the same is hereby vacated, discontinued and annulled.
Section 2. That the Chairman of the Board of Trustees

directed to execute a deed to the Dewey-Davis Estate for
all of that certain portion of Fir Street vacated under
