AN ORDINANCE OPENING A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAKE
BLVD. AND HEMLOCK STREETS IIN THE VILLAGE OF McCALL,VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO;AND ASKING FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A CROSSING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
OREGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD AND HEMLOCK STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF McCALL IDAHO.
Section I. That beginning at the intersection of Pine Street and Lake
Boulevard,thence north on Lake Bovlevard to the intersection of said
Lake Boulevard and Hemlock Street, thence east on Hemlock Street to the
intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and Hemlock Street shall be opened to ..
public.
Section 2. That the Oregon Short Line Railroad Co. be asked to construct
and maintain a crossing at the intersection of the Oregon Short Line
