AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING
A WATER RATE FOR THE OPERATION OF A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
FOR THE TOWN.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The schedule of rates and charges be and the same
are hereby defined as follows:
a) Minimum service charge: The minimum service charge shall
be $22.50 per quarterly billing.
b) Rate per thousand gallons: The rate of all quantities
of water over and above the minimum quarterly service charge
is $0.50 per each 1000 gallons or fraction thereof.
Section 2. All Ordinances and sections thereof in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and approval
as provided by law.
