AN ORDINANCE Al ENDING SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NO.68
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCAL ,PIXING THE SALARIES OF
VILLAGE OFFICERS.
BE IT OPINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF JcCALL , IDAHO;
Section 1. That Section, 1 of Ordinance No.66 of the
Village of keCali,be,and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. CHIEF OF POLICE. The Chief of
Police,as such Chief of Police and as Ex—Officio
License and Tax—Collector, and Overseer of Streets,
shall be paid the sum of $100.00 per mpnth.
ASSISTANT POLICE. The Assistant
Police shall be paid such sums per month as may from
time to time be decided upon by the Board of Trustees,
CLERK and TREASURER. The Village
Clerk and Treasurer and as such Clerk and Treasurer,
shall be paid the sum of 20.00 per month.
Section $. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage,and approval,and publication in tke
Payette Lakes Star,
