THRASHER Town Clark RITA L. TAYLOR DEPO DATE - FC Today, at your request, I visited the site at 1465 North Ocean Boulevard observing the progress to date. My observations are as follows. Planting along the privacy wall on the Northeast corner The plantings running approximately 75' east to west from the seawall along the north property privacy wall are hedge material type only (Landscape Architect comments attached). These plantings will be trimmed as necessary and they not intended to grow much higher than the existing wall. The pictures taken, copies are attached, indicate that the Seagrape trees, approximately 20' high, from your property side are extending over this hedge material and appear to extend beyond the adjoining property line. Trees Pluntine Rear of Main House The palm trees located at the rear of the property are as approved. BBQ Grill What appears to be a potential BBQ grill is a planter box. The agent has confirmed that there are no plans for a BBQ at the rear of the property. Seawall. Covering The seawall has been covered by the same wood material as the planting areas. This covering hides the concrete seawall. The top surface of the planters and decking are at the same height as the top of the seawall. 100 SEA ROAD, GULF STREAM, FLORIDA 33483 Letter to Ms. L. Brown — Landscaping at 1465 NOB April 22, 2013 Page 2 Screening above the ton of the privacy wall Screening materials, to reduce dust, are still in place and are approximately 12' on your side. I also observed that the area that concrete and similar cutting occurs, is also screened. Conclusion As of this writing, I have not observed any violations or confliction with the planting presently in place, and the final approved landscape plan. Sincerely, GY,GG• William H. Mimusops (Manilkara roxburghiana) is a small tree or hedge material in the Sapotaceae family, native to tropical parts of Asia and more specifically, India. In this application the plant is being used as a hedge and will be pruned and maintained that way. Mimusops is a very salt tolerant tree that performs well in oceanfront locales with a moderate growth habit. Its tough leaves also withstand damage from oceanfront winds very well and therefore maintain their appearance after harsh weather better than most other plants. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you. moverawilllamscom Sincerely, PALM BEACH Zr 223 Sunset Avenue Pete Suite 150 P4hnBosch,FL334ao Nievera Williams Design Not. I am not aware of any variations from the original (amended) landscape plan, except for what was requested byus--namelyto shelter the 4' "working" Juliette balcony that was originally meant to be a 3' design feature. A palm was first installed, then replaced by a mature sea grape at the south end of the balcony when it was observed that a skinny palm trunk would hardly provide the intended privacy. As you may recall, a new landscaping firm took over the project after the plans had been approved by the Commission. They made substantial changes to the deck design, as far as I know. However, I don't believe that anything was done without our knowledge. I agree with you that the quality of design and workmanship is most impressive. However, we cannot wait for the job to be finished!
