AN ORDINANCE CRATING AN OFFICE TO BE KNOWN
AS WATER SUPERINTENDENT T AND COLLISSIONER OF STREETS
AND ALLEYS OF iHE VILLAGE uF iieGALL. LITHO, AND
DEFINING DUTIES AND FIXING SALARY OF SAID OFFICE.
Section. 1. Be it ordained. by the Chairman and the
Board of Truetees of the Village of hcCall,Idaho that
beginning April 1,1535, there shall be an Office henceforth .�'D.�
to be known and designated as,_ Water Superintendent and l
Commissioner of Streets and Alleys, said Office tp have
charge of the operation and main. ainence of the Village
Pumping Plant and Water System glad maintainence of Streets
and alleys and other property of the Village of McCall and
other duties in. connection therewith as may arise from time
to time.
Section 2. Salary of said Office to be 45100.00 per

onth beginning April 1.19ib.
Section 3. Incumbent of said office to be appointed
by and under the supervision of the Chairman and the Board
of Trustees of the Village of ## 1llcOa11 and all expenditures
regardless of nature which aredeemed- neccessary by Incumbent O'
• of said Office for improving,replaceing or maintaining said
water system, streets and alleys Etc.must first be submitted
to and passed and approved oy, the Chairman and Board of-
Trustees of the Village of kcCall Idaho, or to some member
of said Board appointed by the other members of said Board
co pass on said expenditures.
