HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 12-03M Nnnttce No. 12- of 14Q iBoxougg of Tatfeut, Y_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 160 -46 "ZONING PERMITS" OF CHAPTER 160, "LAND DEVELOPMENT" OF CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough ") as follows: SECTION 1. Section 160 -46, Zoning Permits, of Article VI, Fees, of Chapter 160, Land Development, of the Carteret Code is hereby amended and supplemented to delete the existing following section in its entirety to be replaced with the following: § 160 -46. Zoning permits. A. Fees for zoning permits shall be determined as follows: Residential - $10.00 / thousand dollars worth of work. Commercial $15.00 / thousand dollars worth of work. Industrial - $25.00 / thousand dollars worth of work. Minimum fee for all uses S25.00. All Board approved cases no fee. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such inconsistency. SECTION 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
