J AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE VILLAGE
OF MC CALL, AS FOLLOWS, TO 'WIT:
FIFTH STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS THIRTEEN AND FOURTEEN,
AND SIXTH STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS FIFTEEN AND SIXTEEN,
SAID STREETS RUNNING WES PERLY FOR THE FULL LEGENTH
THEREOF FROM THE PLACE _4,T 'RE SAID STREETS INTERSECT
THE EASTERLY BLOCK LINE RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH ALONG
THE EAST SIDE OF BLOCKS THIRTEEN, FOURTEEN, FIFTEEN
and SIXTEEN ; DAVIS BEACH TRACTS as shown by THE AMENDED
PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE RECORDERS OFFICE OF VALLEY
COUNTY; IN THE VILLAGE OF MC CALL, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MC CALL,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That whereas, it is for the best interests of
the Village of Mc Call that the hereinafter described streets
be vacated and closed in order to give the owners of the land
embracing the Davis Beach Tracts an oppertunity to re-plat the
said tract or a portion thereof; It- V,
It is hereby ordered that the following described streets
be closed and vacated, to wit ; Fifth street between Blocks
Thirteen and Fourteen, and Sixth Street between Blocks Fifteen
and Sixteen, said streets running westerly for the full legenth
thereof from the place of begi,ining where said streets intersect
ij
the Easterly block line running north and south along the east side
of Blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16 ; Davis Beach Tracts as shown by the
amended plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder
of Valley County, Idaho ; and , ; J
SECTION 2. That the land embraced in said streets so vacated
and closed revert to the abutting owners of property thereon.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict hereiwIth are hereby repealed.
