Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No.Tl2 of
the Village of EcCall,be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows.
Section 5. Every person licensed under the
provisions of this Ordinance shall pay in advance to
the Village Clerk the surrua of 12.50 a year, or for any
fraction of a year,for the privelege of retailing
Bottled Beer only, la 1000011 Sem,4111111,, and 025.00
a year,or any fraction of a year,for both Bottled.
and Draught ,Beer.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
- effect from and after its passage approval and publication.
Passed and approved this 4th day of June 1935.
