AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.79 AND
AkENDING SECTION 2, 6F ORDINANCE NO 66 AN ORDINANCE
FIXING THE IONTHLY RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE VILLAGE
OF JicCaLL FOR LATER FRO1 ITS LATER MAINS THROUGH
METER CONNECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRN AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL2 IDAHO.
Section 1. That Ordinance No.79 of the Village of
McCall, 211, and the same is hereby repealed in its
entirety, and that Section 2, of Ordinance No .66,
be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows,
Section 2. The monthly meter rates for jrhe use of
water shall be :
The first 3,000 gallons $ 1.75
The minimum charge 1.75
All over 3,000 gallons at the rate of 10 cents per
1.000 gallons.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1st DAY OF DUNE 1936.
