AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE OREGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD camp.
TINY, ITS SUCCESSORS, LESSEES, AND ASSIGNS,- THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT,
OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A STANDARD GAUGE RAILROAD SPUR TRACK OVER AND ACROSS
HEMLOCK STREET, BETWEEN MCCALL AVENUE AND ROOSEVELT Avir ui, IN THE
VILLAGE OF MCCALL, VAT•TRY COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AMID BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MCCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, its
successors, lessees, and assigns, be and the same is hereby granted the
franchise and right to construct, operate and maintain a standard gauge
railroad spur track over and across Hemlock Street, between McCall Avenue
and Roosevelt Avenue, in the Village of McCall, Idaho. The center line
of said spur track as located over and across said street, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in Hemlock Street, in the center line of
the existing main track of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company,
as same is now located over and across said Hemlock Street, said
point being one hundred ninety-six and five tenths (196.5) feet
Fiat and fourteen and two tenths (14.2) feet South from the inter-
section of the North line of said Hemlock Street with the East line
of McCall Avenue; thence running Southerly along a curved line to
the left, having a radius of seven hundred sixty-two and seveny-nine
hundredths (762.79) feet, for a distance of sixty-six and three
tenths (66.3) feet, to a point in the South line of said Hemlock
Street, said point being one hundred ninety-one and nine tenths
(191.9) feet East, measured along said South line of Hemlock Street
from its intersection with the East line of Mc Call Avenue.
The location of said center line of spur track being more par-
ticularly shown in yellow upon the-attacked print, which is hereby
made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage,
approval and publication.
