Special meeting-
P.4ayor Vahlsing presiding and a11. co»ncilmen present
The matter of opening ditches on west 4th street was discussed
also on Monroe street.
It was moved r;y Huisman second by J E Riekena that John
'�� Ross be employed to do this work. motion carried.
The Clerk was directed to contact the Iowa Road building
Co. to meet with the council and go over the Road Oiling matters
with the council and seek their advice.

The council took the matter under advisement, for future
reference .

Re sealing the streets with Road. Oil was discussed.
The Compan$ submitted their bid for a complete fob of
re -sealing and coating on st;�eets at 12 cents per sq yard.
The matter was taken under advisement for future
