BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and 3oard of Trustees of the
Village of McCall , Valley County , State of Idaho :
Section to That in accordance with Ordinance No , 85 of
said Village passed by the Board of Trustees of said Village
and approved October 7 , 1935 , and thereafter duly published
according to law , a special municipal bond election was called
and ordered to be held at the polling place in said Village
of Yi, cCall , Valley County , state of Idaho , on the 18th day of
November , 1935 , between the hours of nine otciock Ao M . , and
seven o ' clock Po IVI . of said day , for the turose of voting
upon the following question , towit :
" Shall the Village of McCall , Valley Gounty , State of
Idaho , issue its neootiable coupon bonds in the amount
of $ 1 ? , 4OOOO to provide funds with which to construct
and install a sewer system and sewage disposal plant
in and for the Village of McCall , Valley County , State

of Idaho , by purchasing the necessary materials , con -
structing and laying sewer mains , laterals and sedi -
mentation tank , as described in Ordinance No . 85 , approv -
1 ed the 7th day of October , 1935 ? "
Section 2 . That after due canvass of the returns of said
election was made by the Chairman and Board. of Trustees of
said Village it was and is hereby and herewith found , declared
and certified that the total number of ballots cast at said
election was as follows :
Total number of ballots in favor

That it be and is hereby certified , recited and declared
than at said election more than two - thirds of all the qualified
electors who were taxpayers of said Village , voting at said
election , votedin1 favor of issuing said. bonds .
Sec -Lion 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect: from and after its passage , approval and due publica -
tiort , as provided by lawo

BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho:
Section 1. That in accordance with Ordinance No..; of
said Village passed by the Board of Trustees of said Village
and approved October 7, 19351 and thereafter duly published
according to law, a special municipal bond election was called
and ordered to be held at the polling place in said Village
of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, on the lath day of
November, 1933, between the hours of nine otelock ..144, and

upon the following question, to -wit:
Shall the Village of . oOal.h, Valley County, State of
Idaho, issue its negotiable coupon bonds in the amount
of $171400.00 to provide funds with which to construct
and install a sewer system and sewage disposal plant
in and for the Village of McCall, Valley County, State
of Idaho, by purchasing the necessary materials, con-
structing and laying sewer mains, laterals and sedi-
mentation tank, as described in Ordinance No.. 85, approv-
ed the 7th day of October, 1935?'

said Village it was and is hereby and herewith found, declared
