RESOLUTION NO. 93
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TIIE OFFER OF FRED M. TAYLOR
TO THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO TO RENDER LEGAL SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH T E CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING OF A SEWER-
AGE SYSTEM AND ACCEPTING THE OFFEREAST MAN OF THOMAS �.t,�i EIS N TO THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL TO RE 'DER ENGINEERING SERVICES IN THE
PLANNING, CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A SEWERAGE SYST 11!.
Be It RESOLVED By the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall ,
Valley County, State of Idaho :
Section 1: That the offer of Fred M. Taylor , attorney at law,
of Cascade, Valley County, Idaho, to the Village of McCall, Idaho, to
render legal services in all the proceedings in the construction and
financing of a sewerage system for said village, including such pro-
ceedings as may be necessary in the bond issue of said village for the
financing of said sewerage system,for a fee or total sum of $ Q 7
be, and the same hereby is, in all respects, accepted.
Section 2 : That the offer of Thomas Eastman, engineer of McCall,
(`J Idaho, to the Village of McCall , Idaho , to render all engineering ser-
vices -
vices that may be required in the planning, construction and installa-
tion of a sewerage system for said village, for a salary at the rate
of 4200 per month for the time actually consumed on said project, the
total sum for all such services rendered not to exceed four percent. of
the contractor's bid on said project, be, and the same hereby is, in all
respects, accepted.
Section 3: That the Chairman of the Board of Trustees be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to enter into a written contract
for and on behalf of the Village of McCall , Idaho , with the said Fred
M. Taylor and the said Thomas Eastman, the terms of which said contract
to be in accordance with this resolution.
