Section 1. ( Chief of Police. ) The Chief of Police, as such l

Section S. The above salaries and compensation shall be in full Y

authorized by law or ordinance and collected by said officers

Section 4. The Village Clerk Chief of Police, Treasurer and

duties, shall enter into and execute to said Village good and
sutficent bonds, signed by sureties acceptable to the Board of
Trustees, conditioned for the faithful performence of the duties
of their respective offices according to law and the ordinances

of said Village, which said bonds shall be in such sums
as mey be fixed by the Board of Trustees of the Village.
The bonds of all officers, except thmse of the Clerk and
Ex—Officio Village it.uditor, shall, after being approved
by the Board , oe filed with the Village Clerk. The Bonds of
of the Clerk and Ex—Officio Village Auditor shall, after
like approval, be filed with and kept by the Village
Treasurer.
Section b. The several officers of the Village of h_eCal
shall each take and subscribe such oath as maybe required
by law of Village officers, before some person authorized ,
to administer oaths which oath shall be files with the
Village Clerk. No Village Officer snail enter upon the
duties of his office until he shall have taket, subscribed
and filed such oath.
Section o. The salary scheaules for Village officers as

Section Y. ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conilict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section b. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the
Payette Lakes Star.
