The bonds of all officers, except thmse of the Clerk and Ex—Officio Village it.uditor, shall, after being approved by the Board , oe filed with the Village Clerk. The Bonds of of the Clerk and Ex—Officio Village Auditor shall, after like approval, be filed with and kept by the Village Treasurer. Section b. The several officers of the Village of h_eCal shall each take and subscribe such oath as maybe required by law of Village officers, before some person authorized , to administer oaths which oath shall be files with the Village Clerk. No Village Officer snail enter upon the duties of his office until he shall have taket, subscribed and filed such oath. Section o.
