AN ORDIN^NCE VACATING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
PORTION OF SPRUCE STREET ADJACENT TO LOT 20 OF BLOCK 8, AND
LOT 11 OF BLOCK 9, OF McCALL'S FIRST ADDITION TO McCALL
TOWNSITE, AS SHO,'1N ON THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF Trial PART SO VACATED TO THE
LAWFUL OWNER OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF
TRUSTED OF THE VILLAGE OF MCCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following described portion
of Spruce Street of the Village of McCall, Idaho, is hereby
vacated, annulled and discontinued:
Beginning at the Northeast Canner of Block Nine
(9) of McCall's First Addition to McCall Townsite; thence
,Test along the North line of said Block Nine (9) , for a dis-
tance of twenty-five (25) feet, to a point that is one
hundred (100) feet distant Easterly, measured radially from
the center line of the present main track of the Idaho
Northern Branch of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company,
as the same is now located and constructed over and across
Blocks Eight (8) and Nine (9) of McCall's First Addition
to McCall Townsite; thence Northerly along a line that is
one hundred (100) feet distant Easterly, measured radially
from and parallel with said center line of main track, to
a point in the South line of said Block Eight (8) eleven and
eight tenths (11.8) feet West of the Southeast Corner
thereof; thence East along the said South line of Block
Eight (8) eleven and eight tenths (11.8) feet to the South-
east Corner thereof; thence South along the West line of
Roosevelt Avenue of the Village of McCall, eighty (80) feet
to the Northeast Corner of said Block Nine (9) , the point
of beginning, as more particularly shown shaded in yellow
upon the attached print, which is hereby made a part of
this Ordinance.

and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of an Ordi-
nance, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE TEREINAFTER

BLOCK 8, AND LOT 11 OF BLOCK 9, OF McCALL'S FIRST ADDITION

OFFICE OF TEE COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF
IDAHO, AND AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF THE PART SO VACATFT)
TO THE LAWFUL OTANER OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY, " was adopted
and passed by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of said
Village of McCall on the day of 2A ,,,
1938, as appears of record in my office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the corporate seal of the Village of McCall

authorized to execute, in the name of the Village, a Quit
Claim Deed , transferring the above described portion of said
Street, so vacated, to the Oregon Short Line Railroad Com-
pany, the lawful owner of Lot Twenty (20) of Block Eight
(8) and Lot Eleven (11) of Block Nine (9) , of McCall's First
Addition to McCall Townsite.
