Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 106,

The Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, shall
have the right to reject any and all applications at its option.
Licenses to retailers for the sale of draught beer and bottled
or canned beer, or draught beer only, issued and outstanding
at any one time shall not exceed 5 / in number: licenses to
retailers for the sale of bottled or canned beer which is
consumed on the premises, issued and outstanding at any one
time shall not exceed in number : and licenses to retailers
for the sale of bottled or canned beer none of which is consumed
on the premises, issued and outstanding at any one time shall not
exceed 1 in number.
Section 2, That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 106 as
1:- - originally worded be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
