BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR= AND BOARD OF

Section. 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.97- ' '";
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows. ' 1 �
Section 1. ( Chief of. Police ) The chief of Police,
as such Chief of Police and as Ex—Officio License and (7c 0_ ,
Tax Collector; shall be paid the sum of $125.00. per S A� ; , , 1 '

( ssistant Police) The Assistant Police or Special 61 A

Police shall be paid such sums per day as may from
time to time be decided upon by the Board .
( VJatermaster ) . The Watermaster shall be paid the

( Clerk and Auditor ) . The Village Clerk as such
Clerk and as 7x—officio Auditor, shell be paid the sum
of $25.00 per Month beginning may i, 1940.
Section. 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 97, as originally worded be, and the same is, hereby
• repealed .
