PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CI IRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VITT,;IGE OF McOALL, IDLHO;
SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS.- Is used in this Ordinance.
(a ) The word (person ) includes any individual,
Firm, Co-Partnership, Association, Corporation, or any
group or combination acting as a unit .
(b) The (License Year) shall begin on the first
day of May of each year and shall end at the close of the
thirtieth day of April following.
SECTION 2. The, license fee for each to ti.on of
BowlingAlley,s, Wtoller Sating Rink and ooting gallery,
shall be $50.00 per year, payable semi-annualy on May- 1,
and November 1, at t ze office of the Village Clerk.

Village of McCall, must first obtain from the Village Clerk 4.-
a license so to do and pay the license fee herein prescribed.
SECTION 4. Any person who violates any of the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be guiity
liable to a fine of not to exceed
$100.00 and costs. Upon failure to pay such fine sr :ll be
subject to imprisonment of not to exceed 50 days in jail.
SECTION 5. _ An emergency existing therefore, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
