ORDINANCE NO.
VILLAN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1OF ORDINANCE NO 1130F THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL IDAHO. AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES
OF VILLAGE OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL IDAHO
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 113 be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows;
Section 1 ( Chief of Police ) the Chief of Police
as such Chief of Police and as Ex offico License and Tax
Collector shall be paid the sum of $100.0o per month from
November 1 to May 1 ofeach year and $125.00 per month from
May 1 to November 1 of each year.
Section 2 That Section 1 of 'Ordinance No. 113 as
originally worded be, and the same is, hereby reQealed.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of Feb. 1941.
