AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 110 AMENDING SECTION 4 of
ORDRNCE NO. 106, OF T-1E VILLAGE OF MCCALL, IDAHO " AN ORDINANCE
DEFINING BEER: PROVIDING FOR THE RETAIL SALE OF BEER: FIXING TEE
LICENSE FEE THEREFOR: PROVIDING TUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE
APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES: PROVIDING REGULATIONS UNDER WHICH THE
SAME MAY BE SOLD: PROVIDING A Pr NALTY FOR THE VIAATION OF ANY OF
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE: PROVIDING FOR A REVO-
CATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES: REP1F;ALING ORDIANCE NO. 72, AND
ORDINANCES NO. 81 AND ALL OTHER ORDI NCES IN CONFLICT HEREo-'ITH, "
BE IT ORDAXINED BY THE CHAIIMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MCCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordiance No. 110 be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
That Section 4 of Ordiltnce No. 106, be and the same is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows: GRANTING OF LICENSE AT OPTION OF BOARD AND
LIMITING THE NUMBER OF LICENSES.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, I hho, shall have
the right to reject any and all applications at its option.
Licenses to retailers for the sale of draught beer and bottled or
canned beer, or dratht beer only, issued and outstanding at any
one time shall not exceed 6 in number; licenses to retilers
for thr sale of bottled or canned beer which is consumed on the
premises, issued and outstanding at any one time shall not exceed
3 in number; and licenses to retailers for the sale of bottled
or canned beer none of which is consumed on the premises, issued
and outstanding at any one time shall not exceed 2 in number.
Section 2. That Section 1 of Orditknce No. 110 and
Section 4 or Ordinance No. 106 as originally worded be, and the
same is hereby rep1a&ed.
