An ordinance passed persuant to Section 49-1714 Idaho Code

annotated, being termed the annual appropriation bill and
appropriating such sums as are deemed necessary to defray all
necessary expenses and liabilities of the village of McCakk,
Idaho, for the fiscal year ending April 30, 1943.
be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
village of McCall, Idaho

erection 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray all neces-
sary expenses of said Village of McCall fox the fiscal year
ending zipril 30, 1943, the sum of which amount shall be
appropriated to the various funds of said Vi11 .gn; as follows,

Street Lights 1700.00
Warrant redemption 1800.00
3ewer Sinking 1400.00
Library & Cemetery 250.00
