OF McCALL, ID_HO
be it ordained by the Chairman and the Loard of Trustees of the
pillage of McCall:-
iection 1. Any person or persons who shall keep a disorderly
house or place of business, or who shall allow, permit or suffer
in any house or place or ouilding kept, used or occupied by him,,f- °1-
her or them within the limits of the Village of McCall, any
drunxeness, ;ivarreling, Lighting, gambling, unlaw.Lul games,
riotous or disorderly conduct, or other noise or conduct oy
which the peace and quiet of the immediate neighborhood is
destroyed or disturbed, shall, upon conviction thereof, oe fined
in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars and costs.
Section 2. Any person who shall .;e in a state of intoxication
in any street , alley, or other public place in the said Village , q - 7°1
shall, upon conviction thereof, ue fined in any sum not over
fifty dollars and costs.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage
in any fight within the limits of the 'pillage of McCall, and
any person found guilty thereof shall oe fined in any sum not
over fifty dollars and costs.
Section 4. Every person who plays, deals, carries on, opens
or causes to be opened, or who conducts either as agent, owner,
employee, or lessee, any game of laro, monte, roulette, lausquenet, r
rooue et noir, undo, or any other game played with cards, dice
or any other device, for money, checks, credit, or other 4-40
representative of value, in said Village snail, upon conviction
thereof, ue Lined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars
and costs.
Section a. Any person who knowingly permits any of the games
prohibited oy the proceeding section to be played, conducted,
dealt or carried on in any house or building or on any premises,
owned or rented by him or under his control, shall, upon convic-
tion thereof, ue .pined in a sum not to exceed one hundred
dollars and costs,
Section 6. any person, owner, employee, lessee or agent who
knowingly allows minors to loiter, in any cluo or ousiness place
where liquor is sold and consumed, or who allows said minors
to play or take any part whatsoever in any gambling games of 4_4e3

Section 7. This ordinance is to take effect from and alter
its passage, approval and puolication.
