AN ORDINANCE ENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE mO. 113
OF THE VILLAGE OF McOALL, IDAHO ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
:.�"IXING THE SALARIES OF VILLAGE OFFICERS AND PROVIDING
FOR THE PANT OF THE SAME: REQUIRING CERTAIN OF. 'ICERS
OF THE VILLAGE OF .MoGALL, TO GIVE BONDS AND REGULATING THE AMOUNT
THEREOF: AND RELATING TO THE OATH OF OFFICE OF VILLAGE OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF 1cCALL, IDAHO:
1iJ Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance Mo. 113 1
