AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 138 BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION THER<7TO; PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION AND CONTROL OF
THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF TANKS, RESERVOIRS OR OTHER
PLACES OF STORAGE OF ExPLOSIV_, OR INFLAMMABLE GASES OR FUELS

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 138 be amended by adding ,.
a new sectiJn thereto to be termed section 8-A and wiich sect_ on
shall be as follows :
Section 8-A. It shall be unlawful for any firm, person or
persons, corporation, association or partners .ip to construct,
build or maintain any tank, reservoir or other means of storage
of any explosive or inflamrn ble gases or fuels within the inner
fire limits of the Village of McCall.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be inforced and take effect
fter its passage, approval and publication.
