An Ordinance passed pursuant to Section 49-1714 Idaho Code
Annotated, being termed the annual Appropriation Bill, and appro-
priating such sums as are deemed necessary to defray all necessary
expenses and liabilities of the Village of McCall, Idaho, for the
fiscal year ending April 30, 1948.
