ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF McCALL
CERTAIN ADJACENT LAND; DESCRIBING SAID LAND; PROVIDING FOR THE
FILING OF A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE COUNTY RE-
CORDER; PROVIDING FOR THE TAXATION OF SAID ANNEXED LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTH:RS OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF McCALL:
Section 1. That there is hereby annexed to and declared to be
a part of the Village of McCall that certain real property described
C;-.1 as follows, to-wit:
C)`": Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the c.:23 Park as the same appears from the official plat
on file and of record in the office of the County
Recorder of Valley County, State of Idaho.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Village
of McCall upon the taking effect of this ordinance, to file with
the County Recorder of Valley Countyr a copy of this ordinance duly
certified as to the correctness thereof, under the corporate seal
of the Village of McCall.
Section 3. That from the date of the filing of the certified
copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder, all the property
situated within the said annexed territory, and the inhabitants
thereof, shall be subject to taxation, as other property and persons
within the corporate limits of the Village of McCall.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication.
