ORDINANCE NO. /`/-7
AN ORDINANCE FOR THR PURPOSE OF ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF McCALL
CERTAIN ADJACENT LAND; DESCRIBING SAID LAND; PROVIDING FOR THE
FILING OF A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE COUNTY RE-
CORDER; PROVIDING FOR THE TAXATION OF SAID ANNEXED LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRmAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF McCALL:
Section 10 That there is hereby annexed to and declared to be
a part of the Village of McCall that certain real property described
as follows, to-wit :
Cr,) Commencing at a point, which point is the inter-
section of the county road and state highway No0 15
lying west of the Lardo bridge, thence west along the
<,, south side of this described tract to the eastern
boundary of the property owned by the undersigned, Jack
Frost, thence south a distance of Zo 7 feet, thence west
a distance of /o 7feet, thence north a distance of sa
feet, thence west a distance of/CU feet, thence north
to the south boundary of state highway No. 15, thence
southeast along said south boundary to the place of
beginning.
Section 2 0 It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Village
of McCall upon the taking effect of this ordinance, to file with
the County necorder of Valley County, a copy of this ordinance duly
( certified as to the correctness thereof, under the corporate seal
of the Village of McCall.
Section 30 That from the date of the filing of the certified
copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder, all the property
situated within the said annexed territory, and the inhabitants
thereof, shall be subject to taxation, as other property and persons
within the corporate limits of the Village of McCall.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication.
