ORDINANCE NO. /II,
AN ORDINANCE AMiLiENDING ORDINANCE NO. 40 BY PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF ?LICENSES FOR COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES FOR THE
FULL CALLENDER YEAR OR QUARTERS THEREOF; FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
THE LICENSE AND THE EXPIRATION DATE THEREOF.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of McCall :
That the third paragraph of Section 4 of Ordinace No. /gg
be anun4ded to read as follows, to-wit :
n "The license fee for coin operated amusement devices is

r` hereby fixed at the sum of Five Hundred Dollars for the full
callander year, but shall be pro-rated as follows : licenses
issued between January first and March 31st, five hundred dollars;
licenses issued between April first and June 30th, three hundred
seventy-five dollars; licenses issued between July first and Z'
September 30th, two hundred fifty dollars; licenses issued after
October first, one hundred twenty-five dollars; all licenses
shall expire on December 31st of the year in which they are issued.
Such license shall be in such form as the clerk may prescribe and
it shall bear the signiture of the clerk and the seal of the
Village. Each license shall be affixed to the coin operated amuse-
ment device in a conspicuous place, and shall be cancelled by
cutting it criss-cross with a sharp instrument on the face thereof"

of McCall. this 3rd day of May, 1948.
