OBDINIW CE NO. 133
an Ordinance paeeed persuant to Section 49-1714 Idaho Code
annotated, being termed the annual appropriation bill and
appropriating such sums as are deemed necessary to defray all
necessary expenses and liabilities of the Village of McCall,
Idaho, for the fiscal year ending April 30, 1941r.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of McCall, Idaho.
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray all necessarj
expenses of said Village of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year
ending Lpril 30, 1940, the sum of which amount shall be approp-
riated to the various funds of the Village as follows , to-wit :--
1 General Fund 39700.00
:.street Lights 1800.00
Warrant Redemption 1800.00
sewer sinking 1400.00
library & Cemetery 250.00
Sewer Extension 500.00
Passed And approved this 4th day of June, 1945.

An Ordinance fixing the tax levy for the Village of McCall , Idaho,
for the year 194A.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Vil-
lage of McCall, Idaho.
Section 1. Persuant to the annual appropriation bill heretofore
passed , the following tax is hereby levied on each dollar of taxable
property in the Village of McCall, Idaho, for the year 1946, to-wit :-
