ORDINANCE NO. 136
An Ordinance passed persuant to Section 49-1714 Idaho Code annotated,
being termed the annual appropriation bill and apjropri. ting such
sums as are deemed. necessary to defray all necessary expenses and
liabilities c,f the Village of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year ending'
April 30_, 1947.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village
of McCall, Idaho.
Section 1. There is hereby approprited.to defray all necessary
expenses of said Village of McCall, Idaho,. for the fiscal year ending
April 30, 19 , ''�o sum of which amount shall be appropriated to the
various funa of the Village as follows, to-wit:--

An Ordinance fixing the tax levy for the Village of McCall, Idaho,
for the year 1346.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village
of McCall, Idaho..
Section 1. Persuant to the annual apjro,;riation bill heretofore
passed, the following tax is hereby levied on each dollar _:f taxable
property in the Village of McCall, Idaho, for the year 1946, to—wit:--
General Fund 10 Mills
i Street Lights 5 "
Cemetery 1 "
Library 1 "
Bond Sinking 5 "
Total Levy 221 Mills
Passed and approved this 5th day of August, 1946.
