AN URD: NANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION B. OF SECTION SIX (6) , ORDNANCE
NO. 132; PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSE FEES FOR RETAILER- LICENSES FOR
THE SALE OF' BEER WITHIN THE VILLA E OF McCALL, I.OAHQ.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Villa6e of McCall :
SECTION 1. That subsection A. and subsection B. of Section
six (6) of Ordinance 132 be amended to read as follows ;
SECTION 6. ( a) Where such retailer sells draft peer and ,y/
bottled or canned beer, or draft beer only, or bottled beer only,
or canned beer only, and which beer is consumed on the premises
where sold the the license fee exacted is and shall be v75.00.
(b) Where such retailer sells bottled or canned
beer, none of which is consumed on the premises, the annual license
fee exacted is and shall be y 25.00.
