AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, CERTAIN LANDS;
DESCRIBING SAID LANDS; PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF A COPY OF THIS
ORDINANCE DULY CERTIFIED,;; PROVIDING FOR THE TAXATION OF SAID LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby annexed to and declared to be a part,
of the Village of McCall, Idaho, that certain real property described as
follows,. to—wit:
Commencing at the quarter corner between Sections Five (5) and
Six (6), in Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) 'East,
.
Boise Meridian, said quarter corner being the northeast corner
of the southeast quarter of said Section Six (6); thence south
along the eastern boundary line of said Section Six (6) a dis—
tance of 900 feet to the point of beginning;, thence turning to
the right thru an angle of 90° run westerly 300 feet; thence
turning to the left thru an angle of 90° run southerly 230 feet;
thence turning to the left thru an, angle of 90° run eastrly�
300 feet; thence turning to the left thru and angle of 90 run
northerly 230 feet, to the place of beginning.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Village of
McCall, upon the taking of effect of this ordinance, to file with the
County Recorder of Valley County a copy of this ordinance duly certified
as to the correctness thereof, under the corporate seal of the Village of
McCall.
Section 3. That from the date of the passage of this ordinance all
the property within the annexed territory, and the inhabitants thereof,
shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons within the cor—
porate limits of the Village of McCall.
This ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
