AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE POLICY OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL IN ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS ACQUIRED BY THE SAID VILLAGE FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES, AND INCLUDING
THE SAID LANDS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
McCALL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared to be the po;icy of the Village of
McCall, Idaho, for the good government and welfare of said village, that cer-
tain lands acquired by the said village for airport purposes be included
within the corporate limits of said village, and the present limits of said
village be extended to include said lands.
SECTION 2. That the said lands acquired for airport purposes are decribed
as follows, to-wit: I
The East half of the Southwest quarter (E4Sff ), and
that portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter (NkiSw4) which lies east of the Oregon Short Line
right-of-way, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said quarter-quarter
section, running thence west along said south boundary a
distance of 506.28 feet, more or less, to the east boundary
l6ne of said rail road right-of-way, thence running north
2 28! west along said east boundary line of said right-of.-
way a distance of 1,321.22 feet, more or less, to the north
boundary of said quarter-quarter section, thence running east
along said north boundary a distance of 563.14 feet, more or
less, to the northeast corner of said quarter-quarter section,
thence running south along the east boundary of said quarter-
quarter section a distance of 1,320 feet, more or less, to the
southeast corner thereof, the place of beginning, containing
15 acres, more or less,
all of said lands being in Section Sixteen (16), Township
Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) East, Boise Meridian.
SECTION 3. That the lands described in Section 2 hereof are hereby declara-1
ed to be annexed to and become a part of the said Village of McCall, and. the
corporate limits of said village are hereby extended to include the said lands.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
