AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE PRINTING AND PUBLISHING OF THE
"VILLAGE OF McCALL CODE OF 191i.9".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
McCALL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That the ordinances of a general and permanant character

governing the Village of McCall, as revised and codified in titles, chapters
and sections by C. Ben Martin of the Valley County Bar, be, and the same are

hereby adopted and ordered printed and published by the authority of the Board
of Trustees of the Village of McCall, in pamphlet (binder) form with appropriate
index thereto. Said ordinances when printed and published in pamphlet binder)
form shall be entitled and known as the "VILLAGE OF McCALL CODE OF 1949", and
shall include all the ordinances of a general and permanant character, in force
at the time of the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after it.
passage, approval and publication.
