AN ORDINANCE REPIALING ALL GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE
OF McCALL WHICH ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THE CODIFICATION OF THE
VILLAGE ORDINANCES; MAKING EXCEPTIONS FROM A GENERAL REPEAL;
DESIGNATING THE TITLE OF THE CODIFICATION AND THE TIE WHEN
THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
McCALL, IDAHO:

Section 1. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of the codification of the general ordinances of the Village of
McCall are hereby repealed, but all ordinances now in force shall continue in
force for the purpose of all rights acquired, fines, penalties, forfeitures and
liabilities incurred and actions therefore.
Section 2. This ordinance, consisting of sections 1-101 to 10-102 (both
( inclusive) shall be known as the "VILLAGE OF McCALL CODE OF 1949" and shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet (binder) form, as provided by section 50-2002, Idaho Code.
