A RESOLUTION OF' THE VILLAGE COT]NCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNEO FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION 2016-27, AS AMENDED, By INCLUDING
PROCEDURES RELATING TO THE CREATION OF'
COMMITTEES OF. COUNCIL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.02(a) of the Village Charter, the Mayor may name
committees of the Village Council; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council desires to create procedures for the establishment of
such committees; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interest of the residents of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF'
THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNEO FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Recitals. That each of the above-stated recitals are hereby adopted,
confirmed, and incorporated herein.
Section 2.Amendment to Resolution 2016-27. That the Village Council hereby
amends Resolution 2016-27, as amended, as follows:

within the jurisdiction of each committee:
