Department of Veterans' Services has partnered with a Mobile VET Center to provide
counseling services to anyone who has been affected by the Boston Marathon Bombings and
subsequent events in Watertown, MA. 2 Mobile Counseling Vans will be available starting
today, April 26, 2013 at 10:OOam until approximately 5:00pm. One team is available in front of
the PVT Charles J. Shutt Detachment, 215 Mt. Auburn Street in Watertown, and the other will be
at the Arsenal Mall, 485 Arsenal Street, in Watertown. The Mobile Crisis Team and Counselors
are offering counseling to residents -in -need, veterans, first responders, and anyone else who. may
be affected. The teams will remain in place until there is no longer a need for services, but can
stay throughout the weekend based on the needs of the residents. Members of the PVT Charles
J. Shutt Detachment are supplying light refreshments, free -of -charge, to anyone seeking services.
