��t 7 A.M. with Mayor Blythe presiding and all cou�W�:�l members present.
a Purpose of the meeting was to approve the hiring by setting the
salary of Wayne Blythe as city employee and to consider Ordinance �1013.
Moved by Cordes, 2nd by Van Deest to fix Blythe's salary at �1100
per month with an increase of $5O0 per grade per yea.^ on �•ompletion of
w��ter & sewer s�ertification with the fir;�t increase t� '�e effective no
