RESOLUTION NO. 2020-11-05
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR
85 DISCOVERY LANE (LOT 16, EAST MOUNTAIN — FILING 4) IN THE RENDEZVOUS
SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an
easement agreement as attached.
2. The Easement is located on land currently owned by Rendezvous Colorado, LLC and is
land that is scheduled to be transferred to the Town of Fraser.
3. Rendezvous Colorado, LLC has agreed to grant an access easement for the
construction of a driveway for access to 85 Discovery Lane on land that will be
transferred to the Town of Fraser.
