RESOLUTION NO. 2020-12-08
SUMMARIZING REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND AND
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021
WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser has appointed the Town
Manager to prepare and submit a proposed budget to said governing body at the proper
time; and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager has submitted a proposed budget to said governing
body for its consideration; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice published in accordance with Colorado Statutes, the
budget was available at the Fraser Town Hall and public hearings were held on Nov. 4;
Nov. 18, December 2, 2020 giving interested taxpayers the opportunity to file or register
any objections to said budget; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget remains in balance, as required by law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of The Town of
Fraser, Colorado that:
SECTION 1. Revenues for each fund are set as follows:
General Fund $6,182,497
Restricted Revenue Fund $737,838
Conservation Trust Fund $27,512
Capital Equipment Replacement Fund $389,733
Capital Asset Fund $743,179
CROS Fund (a Special Revenue Fund) $1,284,342
Debt Service Fund $3,573
Water Fund $1,932,599
Wastewater Fund $4,291,851
Fraser Housing Authority Fund $0
Joint Facilities Fund -O&M $1,239,104
Joint Facilities Fund -CRR $2,602,245
Joint Facilities Fund - Nutrients $0
SECTION 2. Expenditures for each fund are estimated as follows:
General Fund $6,178,730
Restricted Revenue Fund $735,000
Conservation Trust Fund $10,000
Capital Equipment Replacement Fund $375,000
Capital Asset Fund $740,000
CROS Fund (a Special Revenue Fund) $1,260,000
Debt Service Fund $0
Water Fund $1,919,200
Wastewater Fund $2,120,000
Fraser Housing Authority Fund $0
Joint Facilities Fund -O&M $957,700
Joint Facilities Fund -CRR $1,035,000
Joint Facilities Fund - Nutrients $0
SECTION 3. Any and all year-end fund balances shall be considered an
Unassigned
Fund Balance increase and therefore part of the 2020 fiscal year spending, within
the
meaning of article X, section 20(2)(e) of the Colorado Constitution.
The Budget, as submitted, and herein above submitted by fund, hereby is adopted
and approved as the Budget for the Town of Fraser for the fiscal year 2021.
Said Budget is hereby approved and made part of the public records of the Town.

TRUSTEES THIS 2nd DAY OF DECEMBER, 2020.
