Be it resolved by the council of the town of '�dellsburg, Iowa;
That,
Adams Street, from 2nd street to 4th street,
Fourth street, from jackson street to h4adison Street,
Third street, from Washington street to Jefferson street,;
be, and the same are hereby ordered oiled and the entire cost
thereof, except the cost of intersections, shall be assessed
to the property abutting upon such streets, in proportion
to the benefits conferred thereby .
