A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A SEPARATION
AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO, THAT:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Separation Agreement and Release
with Town Manager Jeffrey Durbin, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
