AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO FOR THE 2012 -2013 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the ro er
p p fee paid for a Taxicab
Onner'
s License for the 212 -2013 License Term, trading as
SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO, INC.
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for fire 2012 -2013 License Ternr be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue RIAZ JANJUA , a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2012 -2013 License Term.
Adopted this 22 No day of March, 2012 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on March 23, 3012.
