ACCEPTING DISCIPLINARY PLEA FROM WINE ZONE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has initiated ABC Disciplinary Charges against
Wine Zone, dated February 6, 3 & 24, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to resolve the same through a stipulated suspension of said
liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
L That the liquor license of Wine Zone is hereby suspended for five (5)
consecutive Mondays to be closed as follows:

Monday, April 2, 2012
Monday, April 9, 2012
Monday, April 16, 2012
Monday, April 23, 2012
Adopted this 22 day of March, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
