Old Firehouse Meeting called to order at 9:04 by JoAnna Keeley. Present were Pam Feltus, Sherry Rhyno, Meri Hartford, Clare O'Connor, Gail Gibson and Bonny Campbell- Runyon. Absent: Peter Campbell Minutes from June 10th approved unanimously. The committee voted as follows on expenditures as part of the $5000 Re- designation Grant: Meri reported banners from SignaRama would cost $1586.20. A motion was made by Sherry to approve this purchase, seconded by Meri. The motion was approved unanimously. JoAnna reported that the OCD Map Revision printing by Spectrum Printing would cost $750. A motion was made by Pam to approve the expenditure, seconded by Meri. Motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Clare to approve spending $100 at Friends Market for catering at future OCD events. Seconded by Pam. Approved unanimously. New Business: The committee discussed how to spend the remaining $287.10 of the grant money. A motion was made by JoAnna to spend $100 at Staples for Administration supplies. Seconded by Gail. Approved unanimously. A motion was made by Clare to use the remaining funds ($187.17) for catering costs at Hole In One, seconded by Pam. Approved unanimously. A discussion ensued regarding OCD participation in the summer Block Party event sponsored by the Orleans Police Dept. Pam volunteered to find out the date of the event. Planning for the event will take place in future meetings. Bonny reported that 250 flyers with info about the Summer Family Film series and 250 I Spy maps were dropped off at OES to be distributed to all students. We talked about when would be a good time to report to the Select Board about OCD accomplishments. Bonny will check on whether the Board would prefer the committee to come to public speak or be added to the agenda. Meeting adjourned at 9:30. A p / V V DV 1
